This article probably doesn’t tell you anything you don’t already know or suspect. But it summarizes how I’ve been feeling about social media lately. I’ve rage quit and come back to Facebook a couple of times already, and each time I find I care less and less about engaging with it on a regular basis. The article has some good tips on making social media a more healthy experience, but I’m not sure I want to bother. The signal to noise ratio is just too high.
